todays training super scary .
i really got shock out of my life man !!
while christabelle is doing the stunts ,
think the bases didn't use the correct force .
she fell !! and landed on her FACE !
OH MY GOD ! i was super shock ! totally speechless .
of course , those peple in the indoor sports hall who saw are shock too !
she's okay now ... i think ?
really hope she's fine .

no matter what happens , you can give me a call . alrights ? ^^

i also don't know why .
